Opal Residence
The residential assembly is composed of nine residential buildings , a club and swimming pool place and a general basement.

The building structure is realized from concrete , the perimeter closures are from brick with holes of GVP type and thermo isolation tire from expanded polystyrene of 10 cm thick and extruded polystyrene of 15 cm thick, the globally coefficient of thermo isolation G=0,59w/m3k.
The exterior carpentry is realized from aluminum profiles with breakage on thermo bridge and thermo isolating glass 4.16.4, with low –e soft; thermo wand, the space between the glasses is filled with Argon, 0,9 W/Mk coefficient.
The interior closures are realized on double/simple walls of gyps cardboard walls double boarded, with phonic isolation index 42Db.The exterior finishing are realized of structural plasters on fiber net glass, ventilated plywood from compositional elements on metallic structure, granite plywood.
The interior finishes have triple stratified parquet, honed sandstone, granite, washable paint, fond isolating fake ceilings, varnished wood carpentry.
It is ensured the independent metered for each apartment and also for common spaces of the electric energy consumption, thermo energy and water.
The acclimatization installation is realized through independent multiply split units localized at the exterior of each apartment.
The building will be provided with interior net for Internet in wireless system.
All the materials, installations and equipments that will be used will have the quality and technical certification required.
