The building consists of seven apartments, showroom and two office areas, garage for 7 vehicles, circulation and technical areas. The building includes a basement, semi-basement, ground floor and three upper floors.
At semi-basement, at the level of Gen. P. Popovăţ street, there is a showroom, office areas with terraces, the main stairs and elevator, administration and security areas – surveillance, a lavatory for personnel, the area for waste bins storage.
The ground floor includes the reception area, one office area and a three-room flat. The first floor includes two apartments of three rooms and one duplex apartment developed on two floors. The third floor has two apartments with two rooms and the duplex apartment.
The basement has a garage for 7 vehicles, a heating unit, a pumping and pressure chamber, a civil defense shelter useable also as modular storage area, an access ramp having a 17.5% slope, etc.
The building structure is made of reinforced concrete, the perimeter enclosures are made of brickwork using hollow GVP bricks and thermoinsulating envelope of expanded polystyrene 10-cm thickness and extruded polystyrene of 15-cm thickness; the global thermal insulation coefficient being G=0,59W/m3 K. The outside windows are made of aluminum frames within break of thermal bridges and thermo-insulating glass, 4.16.4 with low-e soft; thermal rod; the space between the glass panels being filled with Argon; coefficient 0,9 W/m2K°.
The internal walls are made of simple/double walls of plated plasterboard, with sound insulation index of 42 dB. The outside finishing is based on structured plastering on top of glass fibber mesh, ventilated plating of composite structure on metallic structure, granite tiles. The inside finishing includes floors of triple laminated parquet, rectified ceramic tiles, granite, washable painting, false, phono-insulating ceilings, varnished carpentry, etc.
Independent metering is provided for each apartment and office area, for the garage and common areas, for electricity, heating and water. The air conditioning installation consists of independent, multi-split units placed outside each apartment.
The building is endowed with voice-data system, television and internet, video-interphone, alarm, detection and surveillance. The apartments will have interior wireless Internet networks.
All the employed materials and equipment will have the adequate quality certificates and technical agreements.
