Atelier Arhitectura AXA is a private capital company, established in 1998. Our company is authorized and specialized in architecture and landscaping design, structural engineering, sanitation installations, electricity and low current installations, thermoventilation, models, presentations, promotion files, monitoring of construction works.
The design contracts underway for 2007 amount to Euro 2,000,000. Together with the projects carried out in cooperation with the AXA Group, among the reference works can be listed “Nordcity Tower”, “Heliade Business Centre”, “Hotel Golden Tulip-Teişani”, “Jolie Ville Galleria”, “Iorga 13 Office Building”, “Prologis Logistic Center”.
Atelier Arhitectura AXA has an extensive expertise in designing residential complex: “Westpark – 1500-apartment complex”; “Evocasa Orizont – 1000-apartment complex in Ploiesti”, “Natura Residence – 182-apartment complex”, “Green Dream – 225-apartment complex”, “Vivendo Unirii – 120-apartment complex”, “Sevastopol 17 – 24 -apartment complex”, “Zenith Mansion; Northstar Compound; Agat Residential”.
Constructions and project management
AXA Development is active since 2004 as general contractor for construction works, installations and interior decorations. The company carries out execution works for AXA Concept. Each project is given an individual approach being granted an individual management in order to ensure high performance, efficiency, quality and compliance with the contract terms. The technical personnel with MLPAT certification and the endowment with last generation equipment and technologies ensure the compliance with the most complex quality standards.
The finishing and interior decoration materials are provided by AXA Interiors, direct importer; this allows the use of luxury materials and equipment while maintaining an efficient ratio between quality and costs.
