10 nov : 7,8 million euros invested near Herastrau
Axa Concept, company member of Axa Group, will develop a residential project in the area of Herastrau Park in Bucharest, through a total investment of 7,8 million euro, including the plot cost, said to DailyBusiness.ro Anca Otobicu, Executive Director Axa Estate Studio. The project, called Saphire Residence, will have 18 living units.
The construction work will begin this month and will be completed in December 2009. Housing prices are between 261,000 and 588,000 euros plus VAT. The project is funded by Volksbank.
Axa Grpup also colaborates on this project with the Italian interior design company Ayron Contract. Axa Group was founded in 1997 and comprises 6 companies whose activity is carried out in the fields of investment and development of building projects, design and consultancy, construction and project management, construction materials and finishes, real estate advice and financial advice.
